How the 243 ways are counted
The help page heads this part 243 WAYS and says the combination of adjacent symbols appearing from left to right on the reel will result in a combination bonus. Two example grids follow, one marked with a tick and one with a cross. No paylines or row count are printed; the FREE GAME text speaks of all 5 reels.
Symbols on the paytable
The paytable lists eight symbols, each with a 5, 4 and 3 column. In printed order: golden pineapple, golden fish, gold ingot, red cards marked 福, then A, K, Q and J. The table below copies the amounts printed for a bet amount of 0.6; five golden pineapples show 10. The lion head WILD and the firecracker symbol have no paytable row.
The WILD and the firecracker symbol
The WILD picture is a lion head with the word WILD. It can substitute for any symbol except the firecracker symbol, a red firecracker marked 春. When that firecracker appears on all 5 reels, the player can trigger the FREE GAME and choose a FREE GAME bonus. The page does not call it a scatter.
Choosing a FREE GAME option
Five options are pictured: 18 FREE GAME with 2X WIN, 13 with 3X WIN, 8 with 6X WIN, 5 with 9X WIN and 3 with 18X WIN. During the FREE GAME, when the firecracker appears on all 5 reels, the player can receive an additional multiplier and the same number of games as when choosing the FREE GAME.
The Retrigger rule table gives each option a retrigger maximum multiplier: 8X, 12X, 24X, 36X and 72X, from the 18 game option to the 3 game option. The retrigger highest number of games is 100 spins.
Extra Bet, Buy Feature and other notes
Extra Bet is 1.5X of the original bet; winning points in Extra Bet mode equal the original bet X odds. The Buy Feature triggers the FREE GAME instantly from the base game for 50X the current total bet, with the maximum bet amount as shown on the Buy Feature selection page.
In auto mode the system starts automatically if disconnected or after over 10 seconds without operation. If a malfunction prevents the determination of the game result, the current game is considered invalid.
