Tall symbols and the count of ways

The Help Page describes Pumpkins Go Lucky as a 6 reels, 46,656 ways slot game without any payline. On the Paytable page, symbols occupying 1 to 5 positions may randomly appear on all reels, and each one represents a single symbol during the payout calculations.

A ways win is counted from the leftmost reel to the right across adjacent reels, with SCATTER wins as the exception. On any one way only the top symbol pay counts; the Help Page then adds every way win together and multiplies the sum by the credits and bets on the winning ways.

Cascades after each win

Each win clears the symbols that made it, and fresh symbols drop down to fill the gaps. The drop repeats while each new layout keeps producing a win.

WILD stays off the first reel

WILD can stand in for every symbol other than SCATTER. Its random landings are limited to Reel 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, whether in the main game or the free game. SCATTER, by contrast, can land at random in any position in either mode. SCATTER pays out in Free Spins only and leaves the total win untouched.

Free Game: 10, 15 or 20 spins

Any 4 SCATTER on the reels start the Free Game with 10 Free Spins; 5 give 15 and 6 give 20. More Free Spins can be won inside the Free Game, every free spin keeps the Total Bet of the spin that started the feature, and the feature closes once no free spin remains.

High Symbol Sync, step by step

During the Free Game only, when a series of high symbols appear on Reel 1, 2, 3 and 4 simultaneously, they synchronize and turn into the same type of high symbol. The Help Page explains the order: the round wins are calculated first, then every high symbol turns into the same high symbol, and the wins from the sync are added to the round wins.

Five high symbols are pictured for the feature: the tombstone, the bat, the jewelled book, the red goblet and the green-eyed skull.

Paytable: from the tombstone down to 9

Runs of 6, 5, 4 or 3 each have their own figure. The tombstone leads with 1.00 for 6, followed by the bat, the jewelled book, the red goblet and the green-eyed skull. Among the card letters, A and K share one row of values, while Q, J, 10 and 9 share another.
