How the 4,096 ways pay
All wins begin with the leftmost reel and pay left to right on adjacent reels; SCATTER wins are the only exception. Under the same way, only the highest symbol pay in a winning combination is awarded, and the ways wins are combined and added. The Help Page gives the formula as Way wins = Credit X Corresponding multiplier according to paytable.
The Paytable page draws two small grids to show this: the accepted example runs from reel 1 through neighbouring reels, while the rejected one skips a reel.
WILD and SCATTER
The WILD substitutes for all symbols except SCATTER and appears on Reel 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 only, in the main game and in free game.
SCATTER symbols appear randomly anywhere on the reels in both modes. They do not pay credits: the Help Page says only Free Spins are given for SCATTER wins, and they do not add to the total win.
Free Game: the SCATTER charts
3 or more SCATTER anywhere trigger Free Game. The number of Free Spins follows the first chart:
- 3 SCATTER: 8 Free Spins.
- 4 SCATTER: 15 Free Spins.
- 5 SCATTER: 25 Free Spins.
- 6 SCATTER: 100 Free Spins.
Adding spins inside Free Game
During any Free Spins the bar drops to 2 SCATTER. A second chart then applies: 2 SCATTER add 5 Free Spins, 3 add 8, 4 add 15, 5 add 25 and 6 add 100. Free spins can be re-triggered during free game, Total Bet stays the same as the spin that triggered the feature, and the Free Game ends when no free spins remain.
How the WILD multipliers combine
In Free Game, WILD symbols come with random multipliers of x2, x3, x4 or x5. When several of them appear in one spin, their values are added first, and that sum is then multiplied with the total win of the spin.
Reading the paytable
The lion heads the table at 6.00 for six and is one of five animal symbols that also pay for just 2 of a kind. The mandrill and hyena share one row, the warthog and meerkat share another. The letters and numbers start at 3 of a kind: A and K pair up, Q and J pair up, and 10 and 9 share the lowest row.
