The main reels and the Top Cart Reel
The Paytable page describes 6 main reels with a maximum of 5 symbols each and 1 Top Cart Reel with 4, played only above Reel 2 to Reel 5 and spinning from right to left.
Symbols may randomly take up 2 to 4 positions and count as a single symbol; the most is 32,400 Ways and the lowest 2,025 Ways.
How ways and cascades pay
Ways wins go to adjacent symbols from left to right, starting from the leftmost reel, except SCATTER wins. Only the highest symbol pay counts under the same way, and ways wins are added together. The Help Page writes the formula as Way wins = Credit X Corresponding multiplier according to paytable.
After a win, the winning symbols are removed and new ones fall in; on the Top Cart Reel new symbols come from the right instead. This repeats until no new winning combinations form.
Transforming Gold To WILD
In the main game and Free Game, any symbol except WILD and SCATTER on Reels 2 to 5 may appear golden. Golden symbols that are part of a winning combination turn into WILD symbols after cascading. This change does not happen on the Top Cart Reel.
The digit on such a WILD is the number of rounds it stays: with 2 or more it goes down by 1 upon each win, while a WILD showing 1, or a normal WILD, disappears after forming a win.
Free Game and its growing multiplier
4 or more SCATTER anywhere trigger the Free Game with 8 Free Spins, and each additional SCATTER in the same spin adds 2 more. SCATTER symbols only award free spins and do not add to the total win.
The Free Game starts with a x1 multiplier. After each win is paid and new symbols have cascaded in, the win multiplier increases by x1 and accumulates until the Free Game ends. Free Spins can be retriggered, the Total Bet stays as on the triggering spin, and the feature ends when no Free Spins remain.
Paytable: five nutcracker faces and A to 10
The crowned nutcracker leads at 1.00 for six, followed by the red-hat, purple-hat, blue-cap and green-hat nutcrackers. Among the letters, A has its own row, K and Q each have one, and J and 10 share the same values.
