Ways and cascades
Bet ways win when the winning symbols are in succession from the leftmost reel to the right. The number of winning ways for each symbol is found by multiplying the number of adjacent winning symbols on each reel, and the symbol payout is multiplied by that number of ways. Some symbols in reels 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 occupy 2 to 4 spaces but count as a single symbol.
Paytable panel example: winning symbols on 4 reels give 1 x 2 x 3 x 1 = 6 ways; a payout of 40 for 4 symbols gives total winnings of 40 x 6 = 240.
After every round's payout, all winning symbols explode and the symbols above cascade down for a new round, until no more winning combinations can be tallied. Simultaneous wins on different bet ways are added.
Wilds-on-the-Way
During any spin, some symbols (not Wild or Scatter) in reels 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 that occupy 2 to 4 spaces may have a silver frame. After the new symbols cascade down, a silver-framed symbol that was involved in a win in the previous round turns into a randomly selected symbol (not Wild or Scatter) with a gold frame.
At a later new round, a gold-framed symbol that was involved in a win in the previous round turns into a Wild.
Golden Horse symbol multiplier
During any main game spin, whenever 1 or more Golden Horse symbols appear on the reels, the win multiplier is increased by 2 for each Golden Horse symbol before wins are paid.
Free Spins Feature and Feature Buy
4 Scatter symbols appearing anywhere trigger the Free Spins Feature with 10 free spins, and each additional Scatter gives 2 more. The win multiplier is x2 at the start of the feature, and in every free spin it is increased by 2 for each Golden Horse symbol before wins are paid. Free spins can be retriggered and are played at the same bet size and bet level as the triggering spin.
For Feature Buy, tap the Feature Buy button to open its menu, then tap Start to buy the Free Spins Feature at the price displayed in that menu.
Bets and controls
A bet way win in cash equals the value shown in the Paytable multiplied by the bet size and bet level, and all wins are shown in cash. Max Bet sets bet size and bet level to the maximum. Spin Speed has 2 levels: Quick reduces spin time and Turbo accelerates further. Malfunction voids all pays and plays, and in a dispute the results on the game history page are final.
Golden Horse paytable
Values printed on the Paytable panel for 6, 5, 4 and 3 symbols in succession from the leftmost reel; a bet way win is the value multiplied by the bet size and bet level (the game screen shows 1.00), so it changes with your bet. Wild and Scatter have no values.
