Steam Power in the base game
The SUBSTITUTE box says the Steam Power symbol substitutes for all other symbols except for scatter Light. The prizes are double when one or more substitutes appear in a winning combination, except during free games, which have a multiplier rule of their own.
That is why every symbol box has a second column marked WITH beside a Steam Power picture. The first table below repeats the normal values and the second repeats the WITH column, both as printed. No pay value of its own is printed for Steam Power.
Steam Power in the free games
During free games, when Steam Power substitutes in a winning combination the prizes are 2X, 3X or 4X. If two Steam Power symbols substitute in a winning combination, the multiplier is cumulative.
The free game feature is triggered when 3 or more Lights appear anywhere, awarding 15 free games. Free games are played at the lines and bet of the triggering game, and the feature can be re-triggered.
Symbols on the paytable
The man in a top hat and goggles and the woman with white hair print values for 5, 4, 3 and 2. The blue dragon and the tower share one box, as do A and K, Q and J, and 10 and 9; these boxes print values for 5, 4 and 3, with the words OF A KIND. They also print a 2 in the count column with no value beside it, so that cell is left empty.
Light, the scatter that pays any
Light is the SCATTER symbol and prints 100 for 5, 25 for 4 and 5 for 3. Scatter wins are multiplied by total bet and added to line wins. All other symbols pay left to right.
OTHER RULES, jackpot and Autoplay
- Wins on different lines are added.
- Line wins are multiplied by bet per line.
- Highest win only on each line.
- A progressive jackpot can be won at the conclusion of any game; it is triggered at random and its wins are added to other wins.
- OPTIONS opens the menu for Auto Play settings, AUTO PLAY plays games according to those options, and STOP AUTO turns it off.
- Set a spending limit first and stop when you reach it.
Steam Tower paytable
Values as printed for 5 / 4 / 3 / 2 symbols; line wins are multiplied by bet per line and Light scatter wins by total bet. The second table is the WITH column (prizes double with Steam Power).
