Two-way pays on 9 lines
Page 2 is headed PAYLINE and shows nine line diagrams numbered 1 to 9. Below them it prints that all symbols pay left to right and right to left. A single line can pay both ways, but only the highest win pays, per direction.
The same page adds that 5 of a kind pays only once, so five matching symbols on one line are not counted twice even though the line is read from both ends. Payline wins are multiplied by the line bet, and malfunctions void all plays and pays.
WILD and SCATTER
The WILD box in the middle of page 1 shows a man in a red hat holding a green sceptre. Its text says the WILD can substitute all symbols, including the scatter. The box prints no pay values for the WILD itself.
The gold ingot SCATTER prints 100 for 5, 10 for 4, 5 for 3 and 1 for 2 symbols. Under it the page prints that scatter wins are multiplied by the total bet, unlike line wins, which are multiplied by the line bet. The help pages print no free-game or bonus rule for the SCATTER.
Picture symbols
The golden lion in the top left corner has the longest row: 5000, 500, 100, 10 and 2 for 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 symbol. It is the only box that prints a value for a single symbol. The dragon prints 2500, 250, 50 and 5 for 5, 4, 3 and 2.
One box is printed between the phoenix and the koi fish pictures, with 1000, 100, 20 and 3 for 5, 4, 3 and 2 symbols. In the table below the two pictures share that row.
Letters and numbers
The A prints 500, 30 and 10 for 5, 4 and 3. The K prints 300, 25 and 5. Q and J share one box with 200, 20 and 5, and 10 and 9 share a box with 100, 15 and 5. None of these print a value for 2 symbols.
The help pages print no rule for the MAJOR, RANDOM and MINOR meters shown on the game screen, so this guide does not describe them. Set a spending limit before you start and stop when you reach it.
