The Astronaut multiplier
During any base game spin, whenever 1 or more Astronaut symbols appear on the reels, the win multiplier is increased by 2 for each Astronaut symbol before wins are paid. The example picture on the help page shows an Astronaut marked x2 next to an X8 multiplier. In the paytable the Astronaut is also listed with its x2 mark and its own values for 6, 5, 4 and 3 symbols.
Pay ways and how wins are counted
Gaming Terms states that the pay ways for this game range from 2,024 to 32,400. Bet ways win if the winning symbols are in succession from the leftmost reel to the right. The total number of winning bet ways for each symbol is calculated by multiplying the number of adjacent winning symbols from the leftmost reel to the right.
Some symbols in reels 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 may occupy 2 to 4 symbol spaces, and each of these symbols counts as a single symbol during payout calculations.
Wild
The symbol labelled WILD substitutes for all symbols except the Scatter symbol. It appears on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 only.
Wilds-on-the-Way
During any spins, some symbols in reels 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 that occupy 2 to 4 symbol spaces may have a silver frame around them. Wild and Scatter symbols are excluded.
At every new round, after the new symbols have cascaded down, any silver-framed symbol that was involved in a win in the previous round is transformed into a randomly selected symbol, other than Wild and Scatter, with a gold frame around it.
Free Games Feature
4 symbols labelled SCATTER appearing anywhere trigger the Free Games Feature, awarding 10 free games. Each additional Scatter symbol grants 2 extra free games. At the start of the feature, the win multiplier is set to x2.
The multiplier accumulated by the Astronaut symbols remains in effect until the Free Games Feature ends, and free games can be retriggered.
Paytable and buttons
The paytable prints numbers for 6, 5, 4 and 3 symbols, and the table below copies them exactly as printed. The last part of the panel explains the Bet size, Max bet, Hamburger Menu, Volume on/off, Game history and Paytable buttons. Gaming Terms also states that a malfunction voids all pays and plays.
