Two cards that matter
The Scatter shows a leaping fish on a round badge; three, four or five of them give 10, 15 or 20 free spins. A pick from 12 cards then decides which round you play. The rules pages name two of them: a BONUS card starts the regular free spins, and a SECRETS OF THE GOLDEN LAKE card starts the GOLDEN LAKE FREE SPINS. They do not say what the other cards show.
Inside the Golden Lake round
The normal symbols fade to an empty grid, and special reels carrying only MONEY symbols, FISHERMAN WILDS and blanks take over. The round starts with 10 free spins. On every spin, line wins and wins with MONEY symbols are paid, and each fisherman that lands collects the value of every MONEY symbol on screen. The pages do not say whether the 15 or 20 spins from four or five Scatters carry over into this round.
The regular round and retriggers
In the regular round the fisherman Wild, who wears a gold crown and holds a fish, appears on all reels and collects every fish value on screen. Both rounds count the fishermen until the end: each 4th one adds 10 spins and lifts the collection multiplier to 2x, then 3x, then 10x. Once the fourth level is reached, the round cannot be extended.
At the end of a free spin, fish values can drop in when fishermen have nothing to collect, a hook can pull a reel up to bring fishermen in, or a curtain can change every symbol except the fishermen.
Fish values and two Scatters
Each bunch of fish carries a value from 2x to 5000x base bet, won during free spins. Two Scatters without a third in the base game can get random help: their reels may shift down one position while the others respin, or an extra Scatter may be placed after the result.
Buy prices and the bet setting
The free spins can be bought for 100x base bet with the usual card pick, or for 270x base bet to go straight into the GOLDEN LAKE FREE SPINS without a card. On the ANTE BET setting, 10x is normal play while 15x disables both buy options.
Fishing on a budget
Bets run from RM0.10 to RM750.00 and wins stop at 5,000x bet. The rules pages do not mention a jackpot. Read the paytable at your own bet, keep a budget and small stakes, and stop when it is used.
