243 ways and a paytable at RM1.80
Wins are counted on 243 ways: matching symbols on adjacent reels from the leftmost reel, in any row. Each way pays its highest combination, and wins on different ways are added together. Chase For Glory opened at RM1.80 rather than RM2.00, and every amount below was read at that RM1.80 total bet.
The treasure chest of gold coins leads with RM30.00 for five, RM6.00 for four and RM3.00 for three. A breastplate, a crested helmet, a short sword and a trident with a net follow, then A to 10, down to RM0.18 for three 10s.
Lion Wild and the arena Scatter
The Wild is a lion head on a shield with crossed blades. It appears only on reels 2 and 4 and substitutes for all symbols except Scatter, COIN and RESET. The Scatter, a round arena building, can land on any reel; 3, 4 or 5 start the free spins. Neither has a printed pay.
Choosing your champion
The free spins round always plays 25 spins on four different 5x3 grids. Before it starts you pick 1 of 4 characters, each tied to one grid, and during the round only your champion's grid pays. They differ in how long their grid runs and in the Wild multiplier, applied to every way through a Wild on reels 2 and 4:
- Green: pays for all 25 spins, Wild multiplier x2.
- Red: unlocks for the remaining 20 spins, x2 or x3.
- Blue: unlocks for the remaining 15 spins, x3 or x5.
- Purple: unlocks for the remaining 10 spins, x5.
Coins, resets and the final count
During the round a COIN symbol (a gold coin in a laurel ring) can land at random and is collected next to the champion of its grid. A RESET symbol (a clenched fist in a gold medallion) can also land: it sets to 0 the coins of the champion holding the most, other than the one you chose. A tie is settled at random.
At the end, if your champion has the most coins or shares the top count, wins from all four grids are added together and paid. The pages give a coin no money value, and the round cannot be retriggered.
Cap, buy option and limits
Page 3 caps the maximum win at 7,887x bet in base game and free spins; a free spins round that reaches it ends at once and its remaining spins are forfeited. The same page lists Buy Free Spins at 100x the current total bet; we describe it without recommending it.
