Job one: the golden pig Wild
The Wild is a golden pig statue with a red jewel on its forehead, resting on a gold ingot. It substitutes for all symbols except the Scatter and the MONEY symbols, and page 2 gives it its own pays at a RM2.00 bet: RM40.00 for 5, RM20.00 for 4 and RM2.00 for 3. The rules pages do not say which reels it lands on.
Job two: the gold-coin Scatter
The Scatter is a heap of gold coins in a green frame with the word SCATTER across it, and it appears only on reels 1, 3 and 5. Three of them pay 1x total bet and trigger 5 free spins.
In free spins, special reels are used, and reels 2, 3 and 4 spin together as one GIANT symbol. Every further set of 3 Scatters adds 3 more free spins, and the page ends that line with No limits!
Job three: the red lantern
The red lantern is the MONEY symbol and is present on all reels. Each spin it takes a random value from a predefined set, or a MINOR or MAJOR JACKPOT value; the rules pages do not list that set. Six or more lanterns bring on the MONEY RESPIN feature after the line wins are paid.
Then only the lanterns that triggered it stay, and the reels turn into special strips of lanterns and blanks. You start with 3 respins; every lantern that hits stays, and each new one sets the count back to 3. When the respins run out or every position is filled, the lantern values are added up and paid, plus the GRAND JACKPOT if all 15 positions are filled. The feature can also start during free spins.
The plain line pays
Page 1 lists a lion dance head, firecrackers, a red drum, mandarin oranges and the crystal letters A, K, Q and J. Wins pay left to right from the leftmost reel on the 25 lines of page 4, highest win per line only. The letters share RM4.00 for 5 and RM1.60 for 4; for 3, the A pays RM0.80 and the rest RM0.40.
Gaps in the Golden Pig rules pages
The rules pages print no return figure, maximum win, jackpot amounts, list of lantern values or minimum and maximum bet, and they do not mention a Buy feature or an Ante Bet.
Reading the table in ringgit
Page 5 says a tap on the CREDIT and BET labels switches between coins view and cash view. The table below is in cash at a total bet of RM2.00, so look again after changing coins per line or coin value. Set a spending limit, bet small while learning and stop there.
