The case file: a 6x6 grid
Symbols pay when at least 5 of the same kind touch horizontally or vertically. The table runs from 5 up to the 15-36 band. At a total bet of RM2.00 the detective mouse pays RM2.00 for a block of 5 and RM300.00 for 15 to 36; the Q, the lowest symbol, pays RM0.40 for 5 and RM40.00 for 15 to 36.
Tumbles follow every win: winning symbols vanish, except the SCATTER, the rest fall and new symbols drop in from above, until no new block forms. The total is added after the last tumble.
How the clearance level works
Each POWER WILD lands with a clearance level from 1 to 10 and stands in for every symbol except the SCATTER. Each win it takes part in lowers the number by 1. While the number is 1 or more, the Wild does not explode in the tumble; it just falls toward the bottom with the other symbols. It explodes only when its level is 1 and it is part of a winning block.
The rules pages print no pay values for the Wild itself.
Eight free spins and the POWER UP card
Three or more SCATTERS, a magnifying glass over a SCATTER stamp, give 8 free spins, and each SCATTER that started the round pays 1x total bet. In the round, Wilds stay on the screen from one free spin to the next.
A POWER UP symbol, a blue framed card, appears only in free spins. Whenever it lands it adds 1, 2 or 3 at random to the clearance level of every Wild on the screen. Two or more SCATTERS in the round add free spins equal to the number of SCATTERS plus 1. Special reels are used.
Buy option and the 5,000x cap
Page 3 lists a buy price of 100x the current total bet for the free spins; it does not say how many SCATTERS land on that spin. A round that reaches 5,000x bet ends at once, the win is paid and remaining features are forfeited. No return figure is printed, and an Ante Bet is not mentioned.
A careful investigation
Work out your budget before the first spin, use small bets while you get used to the clearance numbers, check the table at your own bet and close the case when the budget runs out.
