How EXPAND & SPLIT works
Page 1 shows a plain tan tile on its own in the rule. Any symbol with that tile in a winning combination will expand when triggered by a crossed arrows symbol anywhere on screen. The symbol expands to all positions on the same reel but does not replace the symbols already there.
The last line explains the count: all wins are paid after every symbol has expanded, and each shared and expanded symbol is evaluated individually. In the example beside the rule, a reel of three pictures changes so that its top two boxes are each split between two symbols.
WILD and the crossed arrows
The WILD is a pile of gold coins with WILD written on it. It substitutes for all symbols except the crossed arrows, and its box prints no values of its own.
The crossed arrows symbol shows two arrows crossing over a fire. It prints 50 for 5, 10 for 4 and 2 for 3; these prizes are multiplied by the total bet, and 3 or more appear will win 7 free games. The page does not call it SCATTER.
Free games on page 3
The feature will be played at the lines and bet of the triggering game. During free games, the EXPAND & SPLIT feature is triggered for any symbol with the tile in a winning combination, regardless of whether a crossed arrows symbol is present. The example screen shows SPINS LEFT and TOTAL WIN.

Four picture symbols and six card symbols are listed with values for 5, 4 and 3:

Four rule lines and the gamble
Under the paytable: there are 243 ways to win this game; all symbols begin with leftmost reel and pay left to right only on adjacent reel; all prizes are multiplied by the coin value; only the highest win is paid on each winning combination. Two small grids, WIN and NO WIN, illustrate the adjacent reel rule.
Page 4 is the GAMBLE GAME. After a win the player may gamble it: each correct guess multiplies it by 2; a wrong guess loses all of it and ends the feature. The example screen shows LASTCARDS and SELECT RED OR BLACK. No jackpot or buy rule is printed, so set a spending limit before you play.

Values as printed on the INFO page. Page 2 says all prizes are multiplied by the coin value; the crossed arrows box says its prizes are multiplied by the total bet. The WILD box prints no values.
