What the Treasure Trail shows
In the main game and the Free Game, the Treasure Trail Feature randomly displays rewards. The page lists two kinds, and each has a higher limit in the Free Game:
- Random WILD, main game: up to 5 WILD symbols randomly drop on Reel 2 to 6.
- Random WILD, Free Game: up to 10 WILD symbols randomly drop on Reel 2 to 6.
- Bonus Multiplier, main game: up to x5.
- Bonus Multiplier, Free Game: up to x10.
How the strip moves
Empty rewards may also appear in the Treasure Trail. The reward sequence moves left after each cascade and resets on every new spin.
Reels, ways and cascades
The Main Game section describes 6 reels. Symbols occupying 1 to 6 positions can appear on all reels, and each counts as a single symbol in payouts. The highest number of ways is 117,649 and the lowest is 64.
After a win is calculated and paid, the winning symbols are removed and new symbols fall from above. Cascading continues until no new winning combinations appear.
The ways rules
Wins go to adjacent symbols from left to right starting with the leftmost reel, except SCATTER wins. Within the same way only the highest symbol pay counts, and all way wins are combined and added. The Help Page gives the basis: Way wins = Credit X Corresponding multiplier according to paytable.
Reading the paytable
Nine symbols are listed for 6, 5, 4 and 3 of a kind. The golden pot of gold tops the list with 0.75 for 6, followed by the treasure chest of pearls, the jade cabbage and the red flowered pouch. The letters A, K, Q, J and the number 10 close the table; Q and J share the same values. The SCATTER has no values of its own: only Free Spins are given for SCATTER wins.
The Free Game and retriggers
SCATTER symbols appear randomly anywhere in the main game and the Free Game. 4 SCATTER symbols trigger the Free Game Feature with 10 Free Spins, and each additional SCATTER in the same spin adds 2 more. Free Spins can be triggered again during the Free Game, the total bet stays the same as the triggering spin, and the Free Game ends when no Free Spins remain.
