Classic and Plus: how the rules pages differ
If you know High Road King Plus, read this first. The two rules pages describe different games.
- Screen: Classic is a 3-reel, 1-line game; the Plus page prints 5 reels, 3 rows and 9 paylines.
- Direction: Classic pays 3 identical symbols appearing consecutively from left to right; the Plus page pays left to right and right to left.
- Wild multiplier: Classic multiplies by 2, 3 or 5, and only from the 2nd reel; on the Plus page the Wild appears only on reels 2, 3 and 4 and gives a random x2, x3 or x4 on a winning line.
- Numbers: Classic prints odds and the rule bet amount x odds; the Plus page prints amounts for an example total bet of 50.
One line, three of a kind
The rules call it a 3-reel, 1-line slot game. The payment line picture marks one row across the three reels. A win needs 3 identical symbols appearing consecutively from left to right on that payline. Clicking the centre reel area also starts a spin.
The Wild and the 2nd reel
The Wild is a red truck marked WILD, and it can substitute any symbol. When it appears on the 2nd reel and matches the winning payline, the winnings for the current play are multiplied by 2, 3 or 5. On the 1st or 3rd reel the winnings are not multiplied, and the Wild only substitutes the other symbols. The game rules say the same in short: a Special Symbol on the 2nd reel gives that round an additional multiplier.
Reading the odds table
The table has one column, 3 x, and five rows. Three Wilds print 888, three purple trucks 88, three blue trucks 28 and three yellow trucks 8. The last row, a round picture marked Any, prints 1. The page gives one formula for these numbers: regular bet winnings = bet amount x odds.
Disconnection and malfunction
If a disconnection happens after your bet has been placed and you can no longer influence the outcome, the result of the bet stays valid. In a malfunction all bets and winnings are void; if it happens during a feature game or free game, the system completes the round and awards the player accordingly.
Tips
Check which reel the Wild sits on: only the 2nd reel brings a multiplier. Check the bet shown before every spin, set a budget for the session, keep stakes small and stop when you reach it.
