Withdrawal steps on the Withdraw page
You only fill in your bank details the first time; after that the steps are short.
- Log in to your BolehSpin account and open the Withdraw page
- Check Withdrawable balance and the rollover bar
- Type the amount, RM30 or more
- First time only: fill in bank name, account number and account holder name carefully
- Tap Request withdrawal
- Follow the status in Wallet or your transaction history; you are notified when it is processed
Withdrawal limits
The minimum withdrawal is RM30 and the maximum is RM20,000 per withdrawal. All withdrawals in one day add up to at most RM30,000, with the day counted in Malaysia time. There is no limit on how many withdrawals you make per day.
1x turnover on every deposit
Every deposit must be bet once before it can be withdrawn. For example, a RM50 deposit needs RM50 of bets first. This is an anti-money-laundering rule, not a bonus rule. Bet records take a few minutes to update, so if the rollover bar isn't full right after you play, wait a little.
Each deposit round also has a maximum withdrawal of 100 times that deposit. A RM50 deposit means at most RM5,000 for that round, and anything above is forfeited. The Deposit page shows this limit as you type the amount. DuitNow deposits start from RM10.
If you claimed a bonus
A bonus or promotion has its own conditions, all shown on the Withdraw page: turnover (Rollover requirement), sometimes a Balance target, and sometimes a maximum withdrawal for that bonus. Some bonuses must also be withdrawn as the full balance in one payment.

Money goes to your own bank account
Withdrawals are paid to your bank account. Bank details are entered once and locked after your first withdrawal, so check the account holder name and account number before you tap Request withdrawal. To change them, contact customer service through Live Chat.
If part of your balance is still inside a transfer-wallet game such as Pussy888 or JILI, close that game first. The balance moves back to the main wallet when you leave the game.
How long does it take?
Usually not long, but there is no guarantee. In October 2026, of 48 completed withdrawals by real players, half were done within about 2.5 minutes of the request, about 8 in 10 within 10 minutes and about 9 in 10 within 30 minutes. Some take longer because of checks or the bank side.
