DuitNow QR deposit in 3 steps
DuitNow deposit steps on the Deposit page
Log in to your BolehSpin account and open the Deposit page. It is split into three simple steps.
Make sure your banking app is up to date and your connection is stable before you start, so the payment page doesn't time out while you scan.
- Choose payment method: tap one of the payment channel cards shown
- How do you want to pay? Choose DuitNow QR (scan to pay)
- How much? Type an amount or tap a quick-amount button, then tap Continue to payment
- You are taken to a secure payment page showing a DuitNow QR code
- Open a banking or e-wallet app that supports DuitNow QR, scan the code and pay
- The credit is added to your account automatically once the payment goes through
Minimum and maximum deposit
The minimum deposit is RM10. The maximum for each DuitNow QR deposit depends on the channel card you pick: right now one card allows up to RM2,000, another up to RM9,999 and another up to RM50,000. The exact limits are shown on the card before you pay, so check them there.
A card is sometimes hidden for a while when that payment channel is under maintenance. If the card you usually use is missing, pick another card that supports DuitNow QR.
How long does the credit take?
Usually a minute or two. Over the last 30 days, half of DuitNow QR deposits at BolehSpin were credited in about 40 seconds, and 9 in 10 within roughly 2 minutes. That is not a guarantee, since it also depends on your bank.
If the credit hasn't arrived after a few minutes, don't pay again with the same QR. Contact Live Chat with the payment reference from your banking app so our team can check it.
Tips so your DuitNow deposit is credited
Most deposit problems come from small things. Follow these every time you deposit.
- Scan the newly generated QR every time; an old QR saved from a previous deposit will not be credited
- Pay from an account in your own name; third-party transfers can't be credited
- Some methods add a few sen to the amount so the payment can be matched automatically; you are credited the actual amount paid
- Pay the exact amount shown on the payment page
Withdrawal allowance for each deposit
When you type an amount, the Deposit page shows the maximum withdrawal for that deposit, which is 100 times the deposit amount. For example, a RM50 deposit gives a maximum withdrawal of RM5,000; anything above that is forfeited. The minimum withdrawal is RM30.
Deposit bonuses
Once your deposit lands, go to the Promotions page and claim your bonus before you bet with that deposit, for example the Welcome Bonus 50% on a first deposit of RM30 or more. The full terms & conditions on the Promotions page apply.
Other ways to deposit
Besides DuitNow QR, you can also deposit by online banking (FPX) or e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay and ShopeePay, depending on the channel card. DuitNow QR suits you if you want to pay straight from your bank app without logging in to internet banking. Set a budget before you deposit and play responsibly.
