243 ways, SCATTER included
Every win is built from adjacent symbols read left to right from the leftmost reel, and in this game the SCATTER wins are counted the same way. Under one way only the top symbol pay counts, and all way wins are then added together. Way wins use the Credit times the paytable multiplier; SCATTER wins use the Total Bet times the paytable multiplier.
The WILD and the SCATTER
On reels 2, 3, 4 or 5 only, the WILD stands in for every symbol apart from SCATTER. SCATTER symbols can appear anywhere on the reels in the main game and the free game and have their own values for 5, 4 and 3. 3 or more SCATTER trigger free games, and the SCATTER win adds to the total win.
Five Free Game options
At the start of the Free Game there are 5 options that decide the number of free spins and the bonus multiplier. The option is selected automatically or manually, depending on the game configuration, and bets stay the same as in the triggering spin. The Paytable prints:
- 20 free spins: x2, x3 or x5 multiplier
- 15 free spins: x3, x5 or x8 multiplier
- 10 free spins: x5, x8 or x10 multiplier
- 8 free spins: x8, x10 or x15 multiplier
- 5 free spins: x10, x15 or x30 multiplier
The 5 Lions Multiplier WILD
The 5 Lions Multiplier WILD appears on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Free Games only and substitutes for all symbols except SCATTER. If they are a part of a win, they give a random bonus multiplier based on the Free Game that is selected.
Retriggers and the treasure chest
Additional free games can be retriggered during free spins and are played after the current Free Game ends. The treasure chest shows how many, and the player can choose the free spins and bonus multipliers again. Once the last free spin is played, the Free Game is over.
Paytable: five pictures and six card symbols
Each row lists a value for 5, 4 and 3 of a kind. After the SCATTER come the gold ingot, golden turtle and golden fish, then the red packets and gold coins, then A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9.
Fortune Lions paytable
Values as printed on the Paytable page (1. Symbols Payout Values) for 5, 4 and 3 symbols. The Help Page says Way wins = Credit X Corresponding multiplier according to paytable and SCATTER symbols wins = Total Bet X Corresponding multiplier according to paytable.
