Five fish, five price ranges
The Cash symbols are five fish in gold frames, and the help page prints a set of values for each, paid on the Cash Symbol odds and your bet:
- Largest golden fish: 100X, 200X, 500X or 2000X.
- Second fish: 10X, 15X, 20X or 50X.
- Third fish: 5X or 8X.
- Fourth fish: 2X, 3X or 4X.
- Smallest fish: 0.5X or 1X.
The Wild does the catching
The help page ties Cash fish wins to the Wild: when Cash symbols appear together with a WILD, you win all the Cash symbols on the board. The Wild also replaces any symbol except the SCATTER and the Cash symbols, so it can complete line wins as well.
What BOOM does
BOOM is the help page's Capture Compensation Effect, pictured as a red float wrapped in a net. The help page says a WILD has a chance to trigger it. In the base game, when it is triggered there is a chance to obtain more Cash symbols. In the Free Game it can also upgrade the Cash symbols already on the reels. The help page does not say how many fish are added or how far they are upgraded.
Free Games and Wild multipliers
The SCATTER is a fish leaping out of a blue circle. It appears only in the main game; 3 on the same board give 8 Free Games, 4 give 12 and 5 give 16. In the free games each Wild comes with a multiplier of x2, x3, x5 or x10, and that multiplier counts only for Cash symbols, not for line wins. The help page does not mention retriggers. Free Games keep the bet settings of the spin that started them.
A sensible way in
Line pays are shown for a bet of 1 and follow your selected bet, and the Cash fish values are multiples of the bet, so check both tables at your own stake. Set a budget first, try a small bet and walk away when the budget is spent.
Fortune Hook Boom paytable
