Where the substitute dragons land
Page 2 shows a green dragon with SUBSTITUTES FOR ALL SYMBOLS EXCEPT SCATTER. Under NORMAL GAME it appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 only. For the 5 DRAGONS FEATURE, the selected white, red, black, blue or yellow dragon also appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 only and substitutes the same way.
The coin scatter
The gold coin is the scatter: SCATTERS PAY LEFT TO RIGHT ANYWHERE ON ADJACENT REELS, 5 x50, 4 x10 and 3 x5. Page 5 adds that scatter wins are multiplied by the total credits staked and always added.
The paytable basis
Page 1 says all wins are shown with a 1 credit bet and in credits. Page 5 says all wins are multiplied by the credits bet per reel, except scatters. The golden winged symbol on page 2 is marked 1 CREDIT. Q and J share one panel.
Five options in the 5 DRAGONS FEATURE
Free games are won with any 3 or more scattered coins, from leftmost reel to right. A second screen then displays all five options; all wins with the chosen dragon substituting are multiplied as below:
- 20 free games, white dragon: x2, x3 or x5.
- 15 free games, red dragon: x3, x5 or x8.
- 10 free games, black dragon: x5, x8 or x10.
- 8 free games, blue dragon: x8, x10 or x15.
- 5 free games, yellow dragon: x10, x15 or x30.
During the free games
- A red envelope anywhere on reels 1 and 5 results in a bonus prize of 50, 20, 15, 10, 5 or 2, multiplied by total credits staked only.
- The feature can be won again during the free games; the number of features remaining is shown by the number of icons collected.
- Reels selected and the bet multiplier during the feature are the same as on the game that started it.
Reels, bets and the gamble
- Choose your number of reels, then your bet per reel to begin.
- TOTAL BET is the number on the BET button multiplied by the number of credits on the REELS button.
- Coinciding wins are added; the highest win is paid per winning combination on bought reels.
- To gamble, press GAMBLE and select RED/BLACK or a SUIT: the bet is DOUBLED (x2) if RED/BLACK is correct and QUARDRUPLED (x4), as printed, if the SUIT is correct, up to 5 times.
Play with a limit
Set a spending limit before you start and stop once you reach it.
5 Dragons paytable
Values in credits as printed on the help page for 5 / 4 / 3 of a kind, shown with a 1 credit bet. All wins are multiplied by the credits bet per reel except scatters; scatter wins are multiplied by the total number of credits staked.
