4x5 reels and 1,024 fixed ways
The rules section calls Mahjong Glory a 4x5 reel size slot featuring Wild symbol transformation and free spins with increasing multiplier, played with 1,024 fixed ways. The number of winning bet ways for each symbol is found by multiplying the number of adjacent winning symbols from the leftmost reel to the right. Winning combinations and payouts follow the Paytable, and the winning symbol payout is multiplied by the number of winning bet ways.
Cascades after every payout
After every payout, all winning symbols explode and the symbols above them cascade down for a new round. Additional winning combinations are tallied in every round until no more winning combination can be tallied.
Gold framed tiles that become Wild
The Gold Framed Symbols section says gold framed symbols appear on reel 2, 3 and/or 4 only. Some symbols on those reels, excluding the Wild and the Scatter, may appear in gold. At every new round, after the new symbols have cascaded down, any gold framed symbol that was involved in a win in the previous round is transformed into a Wild symbol.
The Wild, a gold ingot under the word WILD, substitutes for all symbols except the Scatter and has no printed pay values.
The multiplier in the main game
At the start of any main game spin the win multiplier is x1. If there are one or more winning symbols on the reels, then after wins are paid and the new symbols have cascaded down, the win multiplier increases by x1.
The Free Spins Feature
The Scatter is a red Hu character in a gold frame. Three Scatters appearing anywhere trigger the Free Spins Feature with 12 free spins, and each additional Scatter triggers 2 more free spins. During the feature all symbols on reel 3, excluding the Wild and the Scatter, appear in gold. The win multiplier starts at x2, and in any free spin, after wins are paid and the new symbols have cascaded down, the multiplier is randomly assigned again. Free spins can be retriggered, and the feature is played at the same bet size as the spin that triggered it.
Gaming Terms
The panel ends with one term: malfunction voids all pays and plays. This help panel prints no buy or extra bet rule.
Mahjong Glory paytable
Values as printed on the help page for 5, 4 and 3 symbols; no basis is printed next to the table, but the rules say all wins are shown in cash. The Wild and the Scatter have no printed pay values.
