The Fu Wild and the jackpot game
The Wild is a gold medallion bearing the character Fu, in a red and gold frame. Reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 are the only places it lands, and it stands in for everything but the Scatter. According to page 2, any Wild showing on screen during the base game can randomly set off the JACKPOT BONUS GAME.
Inside it, each gold coin you pick turns over a jackpot symbol; three of a kind wins that jackpot. Their values are fixed against total bet: GRAND 1000x, MAJOR 100x, MINOR 50x, MINI 30x. Each has its own festive cartoon figure as its icon. The example board on page 2 shows amounts in dollars, so use the multiples rather than that picture.
Free spins with only the gold symbols
The Scatter is a gold coin medallion under a red canopy. Three or more of them from left to right on adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost reel, start 10 free spins, and three or more during the feature add 10 more; the page adds 'No limits!'.
During free spins special reels are used, and page 3 shows exactly which symbols remain: the Wild, the phoenix, the junk ship, the turtle, the gold ingots, the coin with a tassel and the Scatter. That list does not include the letters and numbers from A down to 9.
243 ways and the paytable
Across the 243 ways, a win starts at the leftmost reel and runs right on adjacent reels; each way pays its top win only, and separate ways add up. The golden phoenix medallion tops the table, followed by the junk ship, the turtle, the stacked ingots and the coin with a purple tassel, then A and K, and Q, J, 10 and 9.
The Scatter also pays on its own: RM95.00 for five, RM19.00 for four and RM9.50 for three.
Why the amounts are at RM1.90
888 Bonanza loaded at a total bet of RM1.90 rather than RM2.00, so every RM amount on the rules pages, and in our table below, is read at RM1.90. Bets run from RM0.38 to RM456.00. No maximum win is printed anywhere in the rules, and no buy option is mentioned.
Play within your limits
Look at the paytable again at your own bet, since the RM amounts move with it. Set a budget before you start, keep the bet small while you see how the Wild and the free spins reels look, and stop when the budget is gone.
