Megaways reels and tumbles
The number of ways changes every spin. Page 1 says reels 1 and 6 can hold up to 7 symbols, reel 2 up to 6 plus one more on a top row, and reels 3, 4 and 5 up to 7 plus one on the top row. That top row over reels 2 to 5 spins on its own from right to left, and the maximum is 175616 ways.
Each paying combination clears away; symbols above slide down and same-sized new ones fill the gaps, repeating until a tumble brings no new win. The SCATTER does not explode and stays until the tumbles of that spin are over.
The reel 1 respin
On any spin where reels 2 to 6 show matching paying symbols on the first result, before tumbles, but reel 1 has no matching symbol to connect, the feature triggers. Reel 1 then respins once, and the new result has 7 symbols. In free spins, the same feature can also respin reel 6 when the symbols on reels 2 to 5 that triggered it are missing there.
Symbols
A pearl in an open shell tops the paytable, followed by a golden anchor, a green and orange seashell, a red crab, an orange starfish and an orange fish. Purple, orange, green and red gems are the lower symbols. The Wild, an open treasure chest, replaces everything except the SCATTER; it lands on reels 2 to 6 in the base game and reels 2 to 5 in free spins. The SCATTER is a stack of gold bars and lands on all reels.
Free spins with modifiers
Four or more SCATTER symbols give 8 free spins, plus 2 for each SCATTER beyond the 4th. During the round, each SCATTER that lands reveals one modifier after the tumbles end, and special reels are used:
- +1 FREE SPIN: one more free spin for the round
- +1x MULTIPLIER: adds +1x to a total multiplier on every win until the round ends
- REMOVE LOWEST SYMBOL: removes the lowest paying symbol left on the reel strips
- UPGRADE WILDS: adds more Wilds to the reel strips for the remaining spins
Bet options and the cap
The Ante Bet page lists two bet multipliers: 20x for normal play and 25x, which switches the Buy Free Spins feature off. Buy Free Spins costs 85x the current base bet and starts the round with at least 4 SCATTER symbols. Wins are capped at 10,000x bet, and a round that hits the cap ends there. Paytable amounts are RM values at a total bet of RM2.00 and follow your bet. Keep to a budget you set beforehand.
