The bear: a substitute with no pay row
Page 1 opens with a grinning cartoon bear that prints no numbers, only two notes. The bear substitutes for all symbols except the beehive, whose small picture is printed inside the note. And when it appears on reels 2, 3 and 4, it wins 15 free games. The word WILD is not printed in the box.
FREE GAMES: same lines and bet, prizes x3
The FREE GAMES panel gives two rules. Free games are played at the lines and bet of the triggering games, and all prizes are multiplied by 3. An example screen of the reels sits above the panel.
The beehive box
The beehive, the second box on page 1, prints 100 for 5, 20 for 4, 5 for 3 and 1 for 2. Its first note says these prizes are multiplied by the total bet, while page 2 says all prizes are multiplied by the line bet. Its second note: 3 or more appear will win the bonus game feature. The page never uses the word SCATTER for it.
BONUS GAME: up a tree
The BONUS GAME panel has three steps. You choose a tree for the bear to climb. Getting a small orange prize icon wins the prize, with a maximum of 5 during the feature. Getting a beehive wins the additional prize, and the feature ends. Its example screen shows the bear on one of several trees, with prize icons on the branches.
Page 2: ten paying symbols
Each symbol on page 2 has its own box with values for 5, 4 and 3. Only the two picture symbols at the top also print a value for 2:
- Red-haired ranger woman: 5000, 1000, 100, 5
- Skunk in a gas mask: 1000, 300, 50, 4
- Bee: 500, 100, 25
- Picnic basket: 500, 100, 25
- A and K: 200, 50, 15 each
- Q and J: 150, 25, 10 each
- 10 and 9: 100, 20, 5 each
Line rules and what is not on the pages
Under the symbols: all symbols begin with leftmost reel and pay left to right only on adjacent reels on an active payline; all prizes are multiplied by the line bet; only the highest win is paid on each payline. A chart of paylines 1 to 25 follows. Neither page prints a gamble, jackpot or buy rule.

Values as printed on the INFO page for 5, 4, 3 and 2. Page 2 says all prizes are multiplied by the line bet; the beehive box says its prizes are multiplied by the total bet. The bear prints no values.
