How a line win is counted
All wins pay left to right on adjacent reels on an active payline, SCATTER included. Only the highest win is paid per selected line, and SCATTER wins are added to the line wins. The Help Page basis: Line wins = Credit X Corresponding multiplier according to paytable; SCATTER wins = Total Bet X Corresponding multiplier according to paytable.
The WILD on reel 3
In the normal game the WILD appears on reel 3 only. It substitutes for all symbols including SCATTER and counts once on its reel for scatters. A WILD that is part of a winning combination expands to cover the whole reel. The Paytable page writes Pay is tripled in a combination, and each symbol has a second column, under a small WILD picture, printing those values.
Adventure Feature: the Free Game
3 or more SCATTER symbols from left to right on adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost reel, award 8 Free Spins. They can be retriggered and use the same bet setting as the triggering spin.
- In the Free Game the WILD appears as a Reel WILD.
- If 3 Reel WILDs appear on adjacent reels, at least 1 SCATTER must appear on the reel to their left or right to retrigger free spins.
Win-Win Feature after the Free Game
After each Free Game the player gets an additional reward based on the total Free Game win, paid at the end of the Free Game; the win of the triggering spin is not included. Free Game win amount multiplier = Free Game total win amount / Total Bet. Help Page example: 120 / 20 = 6x, an additional 40, 160 in total.
- No Free Game win: 100x Total Bet.
- Band ending at 2x Total Bet: 8x Total Bet.
- Band ending at 5x Total Bet: 3x Total Bet.
- Band ending at 10x Total Bet: 2x Total Bet.
Reading the paytable
The walrus and wolf lead: 3333 for 5 and 9999 in the WILD column; for 2 symbols the walrus pays 6 and the wolf 3. The penguins pay 333, 150, 12 and 3, and the owl and orca, printed in one picture, 333, 60, 6 and 3. A, K and Q pay 150, 33 and 5; 9, 10 and J pay 99, 20 and 5. The SCATTER pays 2 for 2, 9 plus Feature for 4 and 33 plus Feature for 5.
Iceland SA paytable
Multipliers as printed on the Paytable page, with the WILD column beside them. The Help Page says line wins = Credit X the multiplier and SCATTER wins = Total Bet X the multiplier.
