How War Of Dragons pays
War Of Dragons has 5 reels, 3 rows and 243 ways. Wins count in succession from the leftmost reel to the right, and the diagram on the help page shows that a win must start on reel 1. The help page also says only the highest win on each line is paid, even though the game uses ways rather than lines.
Wild and scatter
The wild is a dark green dragon head and appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 only. The help page sentence reads 'Substitute for all symbols except' and stops there, so the text does not name the excluded symbol.
The scatter is a gold coin. 3 or more scatters from the leftmost reel to the right open the Free Game. The printed scatter pays are 5 = 50, 4 = 10 and 3 = 5; the help page does not say what unit they are in.
Choose a dragon before the Free Game
Before the Free Game starts you choose one of five dragons. In the Free Game, a line win that includes one or more Dragon Wilds is multiplied by a random multiplier from the chosen dragon's list:
- White dragon: 25 free games, x2, x3 or x5
- Red dragon: 20 free games, x3, x5 or x8
- Black dragon: 15 free games, x5, x8 or x10
- Blue dragon: 13 free games, x8, x10 or x15
- Yellow dragon: 10 free games, x10, x15 or x30
Red envelopes and an extra round
During the Free Game, if red envelopes appear on reels 1 and 5 at the same time, you get a bet bonus multiplied at random by 50, 20, 15, 10, 5 or 2. Also in the Free Game, 3 or more consecutive scatters from the left win one more round of Free Game.
Tips for War Of Dragons
The help page only lists the free games and multipliers for each dragon; it does not say one dragon is better, and neither do we. Pick the one you like. Set a budget, start with small bets and check the paytable at your bet with the i button.
