How we read it
We opened Sicbo, waited for the board to load and took screenshots without tapping it. Dice are shown as faces on the board, but how a round is rolled and settled is not printed, so it is not described here.
SMALL and BIG
The two tall boxes at each end are the most wordy. SMALL says: are numbers 4-10, 1:1, lose if any triple appears. BIG says: are numbers 11-17, 1:1, lose if any triple appears.
The totals row
Under the top row is a strip of fourteen boxes, one per total from 4 to 17, each with its own odd printed underneath.
- 4 and 17: 60:1
- 5 and 16: 30:1
- 6 and 15: 17:1
- 7 and 14: 12:1
- 8 and 13: 8:1
- 9, 10, 11 and 12: 6:1
Doubles and triples
EACH DOUBLE 10:1 covers six boxes with a pair of the same face (double one to double six). Two blocks marked 180:1 show three of the same face. The centre box, 30:1, is ANY TRIPLE.
Pairs and single numbers
The TWO DICE row, 5:1, lists fifteen pairs of different faces from 1&2 to 5&6. Along the bottom, ONE to SIX carry the line 1:1 ON ONE DICE, 2:1 ON TWO DICE, 3:1 ON THREE DICE.
Sicbo beside Hulu Cock
Hulu Cock shares this board shape but swaps the dice faces for six pictures and has no SMALL, BIG or totals row. Its doubles, triples, pairs and single-picture odds use the same printed figures.
Set limits first
The board shows MIN 0.5 and MAX 1000, chips of 0.5 to 50 with arrows, and BET, WIN and BALANCE boxes. Decide your own spending limit before the first bet; printed odds say what a bet pays, nothing more.
