Symbols without names
The paytable shows pictures only, no names. We name each symbol by what it shows: a wooden board, a blue cloud, a red bridge, a pagoda, a man in a green hat with a green flame, a scholar with an umbrella, a red-faced demon holding a bowl, an old white-bearded monk, a green snake and the white snake lady.
From wooden board to snake lady
The table is laid out left to right by value. The higher symbols pay for two, and the snake lady pays even for one.
- White snake lady: 10000 / 500 / 50 / 10 / 2
- Green snake: 5000 / 250 / 25 / 5
- Old monk and red-faced demon: 1000 / 150 / 20 / 5
- Scholar with umbrella and man in green hat: 300 / 50 / 10 / 2
- Pagoda and red bridge: 200 / 25 / 5
- Blue cloud and wooden board: 50 / 10 / 3
A steep top end
Note the jump between five and four: the white snake lady pays 10000 for five but 500 for four. The green snake does the same, 5000 against 250. That is how the table is printed and we copy it unchanged.
Wild and scatter
A golden snake coiled inside a ring is marked WILD with the text 'IS WILD'. The help prints no pay for it and no list of excluded symbols.
A swirling golden cloud is the scatter: five pay 100, four 10, three 5 and two 1. The help does not mention free games or a bonus.
The main screen
Below the reels are CREDIT, LINES 9, BET, WIN and AUTO PLAY. Unlike many Mega888 games, this screen shows no jackpot meters. The line numbers run down the left side, framed by a coiled grey serpent.
Suggestions
Because the top value is so far above the rest, keep a comfortable bet and do not raise it to chase five of the top symbol. Set time and money limits before you begin.
