Symbols and the paytable
The Paytable page lists eight paying symbols, each with three values for 5, 4 and 3 matching symbols. The gold ingot is the top line at 150, 60 and 30, then the red knotted charm at 120, 50 and 20, the green jade disc at 100, 45 and 15 and the scroll with a red character at 80, 45 and 10. A and K print 50, 15 and 6, and Q and J print 40, 10 and 5. The rules page says a win in cash equals the Paytable value multiplied by the bet size and bet level, so these are not RM amounts.
How the 243 ways pay
The game is played with a base bet of 20 for 243 ways, fixed. Bet ways win if the winning symbols are in succession from the leftmost reel to the right. The number of winning ways for a symbol is found by multiplying the adjacent winning symbols on each reel, and the symbol payout is multiplied by that number. The page example is 1 x 3 x 2 = 6 ways. Simultaneous wins on different bet ways are added.
Wild
The Wild substitutes for all symbols except the Free Spins symbol and appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 only.
Free spins and the growing multiplier
5, 6 or 7 Free Spins symbols appearing anywhere trigger the Free Spins Feature with 12 free spins. The number of symbols that triggered it sets the multiplier: with 5 symbols the win multiplier starts at x1 and every free spin increases it by 1, with 6 symbols it starts at x2 and increases by 2, and with 7 symbols it starts at x3 and increases by 3.
The rules page prints that the maximum multiplier value achievable is x150. 5 Free Spins symbols appearing anywhere during the feature award 12 more free spins. The Free Spins Feature is played at the same bet size and bet level as the spin that triggered it.
Controls
The rules page describes Auto Spin for a selected number of spins, Turbo Spin to shorten the reel spins, and Max Bet, which sets bet size and bet level to the maximum. The page also states that a malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Phoenix Rises paytable
Values printed on the Paytable page for 5 / 4 / 3 matching symbols; the rules page says winnings are these values multiplied by the bet, so they are not RM amounts.
