Ten lines and a sandy paytable
Symbols pay from left to right on adjacent reels from the leftmost reel, on 10 paylines drawn on page 4. A line is paid for its best combination alone; all winning lines are then added up.
The goldfish is the only symbol that pays for two: RM1.00 at a total bet of RM2.00, up to RM200.00 for five. Frog, lobster and starfish follow, then mask, fins and four card suits resting on sand.
The Wild and the BONUS swordfish
The WILD sign, wrapped in seaweed, lands only on reels 2, 3 and 4. It substitutes for every symbol except the BONUS, FISHERMAN and FISH MONEY symbols. The BONUS symbol, a golden swordfish on a red tile, can appear on all reels. Three of them award 10 free spins, four award 12 and five award 15.
Option one: REEL IT IN
Page 2 has you pick one of two options before the round starts. In REEL IT IN, FISH MONEY symbols appear: fish plus catches such as a bucket and a boot. Spin by spin, each FISH MONEY symbol gets a random value from the page's pre-defined set, 0.5x to 250x total bet, or extra free spins.
The FISHERMAN, a man in a cap and green vest, appears on reel 5 in this round. Whenever he hits, all FISH MONEY values on the screen are added together and paid, and each collected extra free spins value adds 2 more free spins.
Option two: THE BIG CATCH
Page 3 covers THE BIG CATCH. Its gold coin symbol hits randomly as an overlay on top of other symbols. When 3 or more hit, the spin win is paid, then a fishing mini bonus game starts and 2 more free spins are awarded.
The bonus game shows 8 fish with random values, which the page lists from 0.2x up to 1000x total bet. Each time you win the bonus game, one fish is picked at random and awarded; once all 8 are awarded in the same feature, the overlays stop for that round. The page does not explain what counts as winning the bonus game. Special reels are in play during both options.
The 1200X cap and the bet range
Page 6 limits the maximum win to 1200X bet; a round that reaches it ends at once, is paid up to the cap and forfeits any remaining features. Page 4 lists bets from RM0.10 to RM500.00; free spins wins join the payline win and are paid once the round completes. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Before you cast a line
The amounts on page 1 follow your bet, so check them at the bet you plan to use. The rules pages give no advice on which round to choose, and neither do we. Fix a budget, keep bets small and stop when it is used up.
Fishin Reels paytable
RM amounts rules page 1 shows for 5, 4, 3 (goldfish also 2) matching symbols on a payline at a total bet of RM2.00; they change with your bet.
