The Colosseum box
Page 1 opens with a single wide box showing the Colosseum. It prints 200 for 5, 20 for 4 and 2 for 3, and three lines of text: it substitutes for all symbols, the prizes are multiplied by the total bet, and 3 or more appear will win 10 free games. The page does not use the words WILD or SCATTER for it, and it prints no value for 2.
The three FREE GAMES rules
Under the FREE GAMES heading, page 1 lists three rules:
- Feature will be played at the lines and bet of the triggering game.
- One mystery symbol is randomly selected at the start.
- The mystery symbol will win with scattered anywhere, pay according to the symbol's pay table and multiplied by the total bet.
The two example screens
To the left of the rules, an example screen reads YOU HAVE WON 10 FREE GAMES and shows a framed symbol with the line THIS SYMBOL PAYOUT WILL CHANGE TO SCATTER-TYPE DURING FREE GAMES. To the right, a second example screen shows the round in play with SPINS LEFT and TOTAL WIN counters. The page prints no rule about winning more free games inside the feature.
Page 2: the paytable
Page 2 lists nine symbols in two rows. The top row prints a value for 2 of a kind; the bottom row starts at 3:
- Man with laurel wreath: 5000, 1000, 100, 10
- Woman with tiara: 2000, 400, 40, 5
- Eagle standard: 750, 100, 30, 5
- Chariot: 750, 100, 30, 5
- Horn and grapes: 150, 40, 5 each
- Coin bag, silver cup and scroll: 100, 25, 5 each
Line bet or total bet
Three lines under the symbols apply to the normal paytable: all symbols begin with the leftmost reel and pay left to right only on adjacent reels on an active payline; all wins are multiplied by the line bet; only the highest win is paid on each payline. Two places use the total bet instead: the Colosseum box, and the mystery symbol rule in the free games. A chart below draws paylines numbered 1 to 20. Neither page prints a jackpot, gamble or buy rule. Set a spending limit before you play.
