The board
The help page describes 5 reels, 3 rows and 50 fixed lines. Line symbols pay left to right on adjacent reels from the leftmost reel; only the highest win per line is paid and line wins are added. Scatter, BONUS and MYSTERY symbols do not pay on lines. The paying symbols are a gold nugget, a red crystal, a blue crystal and the letters A, K, Q and J on wooden boards.
Miner Wild and mine-cart Scatter
The Wild is a smiling bearded miner with a pickaxe. It lands only on reels 2, 3 and 4, in both the main game and the Free Game, and replaces every symbol except the dynamite BONUS, the mine-cart Scatter and the +1 SPIN symbol. The Scatter is a mine cart heaped with gold and gems; it lands on all reels in the main game. No Scatter pay values are printed.
Dynamite and the Bonus Game
The BONUS symbol is a bundle of dynamite. It lands on all reels in the main game and on every spin takes a random money value: 0.1x, 0.2x, 0.3x, 0.5x, 0.8x, 1x, 2x, 5x or 10x the bet.
Five or more BONUS symbols start the Bonus Game with 5 free spins. Before it begins, the values of all the triggering dynamite are added together into a collected value, shown above the reels. During the Bonus Game a MYSTERY symbol, a glowing mine tunnel, can land on any reel, and each one that hits pays that collected value. A +1 SPIN dynamite symbol adds one more Bonus Game spin.
Free Game and golden frames
Three Scatters give 10 free spins, four give 15 and five give 25. Wherever a Wild appears during the Free Game, that spot is marked with a golden frame for the rest of the round. On each free spin, if the framed spot can complete a line win, the symbol inside it turns into a Wild.
A +1 SPIN mine cart adds one more free spin. If it lands inside a golden frame, it first adds the spin and then turns into a Wild.
When both rounds start together
If one main-game spin triggers both rounds, the Bonus Game is played first, then the Free Game. Both wins are added and paid once both rounds are complete, at the bet of the triggering spin.
Playing within limits
The dynamite values are multiples of your bet and the paytable is shown for a bet of 1, so check both at your own bet first. Set a budget, try small bets, and stop when it is used up.
