How Roma X works
The payline picture on the help page shows 15 numbered lines on a grid of 5 columns and 3 rows; the text itself does not state the reel or line count. Line wins pay in succession from the leftmost reel to the right, and only the biggest payout counts on each payline.
The Roman emperor wild
A gold coin with a Roman emperor and the word WILD represents any icon in the game except the Colosseum BONUS icon. The help page does not print a pay for the Wild itself.
Free games from cleared symbols
The help page says you get a free game by "clearing" 4 or more in the same round of the main game. Clearing 4, 5, 6 and 7 consecutively in the same round gives 3, 5, 10 and 20 free games. Inside a free game, the same amounts can be won again the same way.
The help page never explains what "clearing" means. It has no section on removed symbols or falling reels, so we do not add any detail of our own.
Bonus game: gladiator against lion
In the main game, three Colosseum BONUS icons on the win line can trigger the bonus game. In each round, 1 stamina is deducted when the fighter takes damage, and the bonus game ends at stamina = 0. The starting stamina is not printed.
In each fight you choose from 3 options to randomly get dual swords, a single sword or the lion. You attack the lion or defend against its attacks to win rewards; the help page notes the lion can also evade the fighter's attack.

Reading the Roma X paytable
The Roma X paytable is dynamic and shown for a bet of 1, so each number is a multiple of your bet. For example, 5 golden-helmet gladiators pay 66.667 times the bet and 4 pay 10 times. The bronze cup and the grapes pay the same at every count.
Tips for Roma X
Decide your spending limit before entering the arena and start small until you know how the bonus fights flow. Bonus rewards are counted from your bet, so check your bet first.
