The circus cast
The top symbol is a creepy clown, followed by a green-haired acrobat and a pair of performers in teal and red. Purple and green potion bottles, a crystal skull and a heart-shaped potion, plus a circus ball and stool, make up the rest. There are no card letters here: every symbol belongs to the circus.
Wins pay from left to right only, and only the highest win counts on each line. Unlike some Mega888 help screens, this one says plainly that payline wins are multiplied by the line bet.
Dr Fortuno, the wild
The ringmaster substitutes for all symbols. He has no payout of his own, so think of him as a helper for the other symbols and as the key to the bonus.
The 5-respin show
When Dr Fortuno lands on reel 2 and reel 4 in the same spin, any normal wins are paid and then reels 2 and 4 expand into full wild columns. Reels 1, 3 and 5 are respun 5 times around them. Each expanded reel counts only once towards scatter pays. The respins keep the lines and bet of the trigger spin, and what you win is added to your line and scatter wins.
One small oddity: the free game text on the help page talks about a 'scattered chest', a word left over from another Mega888 game. In Dr Fortuno the scatter is the top hat.
Top hat scatter
The blue top hat pays anywhere on the screen: 5 hats pay 100, 4 pay 10 and 3 pay 3.
Red or black gamble
After a win you may guess the colour of the next card. Right answers pay even money; a wrong guess ends the round with nothing. Collect brings you back to the reels with your win.
Before you spin
Dr Fortuno runs as H5 in your phone browser at BolehSpin, so you just log in with your BolehSpin account, no APK and no extra game ID. Decide how much you want to spend first and keep each bet small enough to enjoy a long session. The respins are random; treat them as a bonus, not a plan.
