The wheel comes first
The WHEEL feature is shown as a vase full of gold coins with the two Fa Fa babies on golden koi. The help page states 'Win up to 5000 x total bet'. The wheel segments visible on the help picture are 5, 15, 20, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 and 500, and the example shows 500 with a x10 multiplier.
What the help does not say is how the wheel is triggered, so watch for it in play rather than expecting a set symbol count.
Stacked phoenix wilds
The wild is a golden phoenix tile that lands stacked, so a whole reel can turn wild. It counts as any symbol except FREE SPIN. If all five reels fill with wilds, the win is 1,000 x total bet. Note that the wild has no 3-of-a-kind or 4-of-a-kind values of its own in the table.

Symbols and meters
The pictures are a golden sailing ship (top regular symbol), a red gold ingot, a golden turtle and a gold coin, with A, K, Q and J as low symbols. MAJOR, RANDOM and MINOR jackpot meters run on the screen, but the help pages do not explain them.
Tips for playing
The headline figures are tied to the total bet, so a bigger stake changes the size of a full-wild or wheel win as well as its cost. Choose a stake you are comfortable losing, set a stop point, and treat the wheel as a bonus rather than a target.
