Gods Listen Up: the element bonus
Five element medallions, Earth, Fire, Water, Wood and Gold, sit above the reels. When 3 or more element symbols appear in a game, they can trigger the Gods Listen Up bonus game. Each element has its own 'All of a Kind' prize table. The help page shows those tables, but this guide does not reproduce them, so check them inside the game.
Element multipliers
In the element tables some elements act as extra substitutes that multiply a line win:
- Water doubles a line win, x4 with two Water in the line
- Wood triples it, x9 with two Wood
- Gold quadruples it, x16 with two Gold
Gods Listen Up Again and All of a Kind
If you win no prize in the bonus game, Gods Listen Up Again plays the bonus once more. When you complete certain tasks during the bonus (3 of a symbol), you get a Lingzhu bead, which can trigger the All of a Kind feature. Special symbols lock on the screen and the rest respin; the feature stops when no more special symbols appear, and you can respin until all symbols are the same.

How the reels pay
Line pays need consecutive reels starting from the far left OR the far right reel, so a line can pay in either direction. The bagua wild substitutes for all symbols except the five element symbols and has no pay value of its own. The old sage is the top symbol at 1,000 for five. The help page does not say whether line pays are multiplied by line bet or total bet.
Double game and meters
After a win you can press DOUBLE UP. If the upper and lower halves form a complete picture you get the prize, otherwise the win becomes zero. Minor, Random and Major meters are shown at the top, but the help pages do not explain them.
Tips for Fong Shen
Because lines pay both ways, a three-symbol match on the right side counts as much as one on the left. Keep an eye on the element symbols: they are the route to the bonus and the All of a Kind prizes.
