The tiger on reels 2 and 4
The tiger substitute (the help spells it 'Sudstitute') only lands on the second and fourth reels. It replaces every symbol except the scattered dragon, and any win it helps to complete is doubled, as the WITH column of the paytable shows. It has no pay of its own.
Fifteen free games and the junk boat
Three or more red dragons anywhere award 15 free games, played at the lines and bet of the triggering spin. During the feature a Sailing symbol, a Chinese junk boat, may appear on reel 3. It substitutes for everything except the dragon, and when it completes a win it multiplies that win by 2, 4 or 8.
If the junk and a tiger are in the same winning line, the two multipliers combine, which is where the 'win up to 16x pays' banner comes from. The feature can be retriggered.
What the dragon pays
The dragon scatter pays anywhere and is multiplied by your total bet: 200 for five, 15 for four and 3 for three. The help gives no pay for two dragons.

Small print
All symbols pay from left to right except the dragon. The paytable footer says 'scattered Yachts', a line left over from another game; the rules page itself names the dragon. Wins on different lines are added, scatter wins are added to line wins, only the highest win per line counts, and a progressive jackpot can drop at random at the end of any game. One paid spin pays at most 40,000 times the bet per line.
