Nine lines, two directions
The lines section is headed 9 Lines (Both Ways) and shows nine numbered line diagrams. A betting line wins if the winning symbols are in succession from the leftmost reel to the right, or from the rightmost reel to the left. The panel also states that only the highest win per bet line is paid.
The compass Wild
The Wild is a compass above the word WILD. The panel prints one rule for it: Wild substitutes for all symbols except scatter. Below that rule it prints 5: 60.00, the value for five Wilds, and the same figure is printed for five Scatters. No values are printed for four or three Wilds.
Scatters and the Free Game
The Scatter is a skull wearing a pirate hat above the word SCATTER, and its only printed value is 5: 60.00. Under the Free Game heading the panel says that 3, 4 and 5 Scatters appearing anywhere trigger 10, 24 and 30 free games respectively.
The next line adds that landing another 3, 4 or 5 Scatters triggers an additional 10, 24 or 30 free games respectively.
Wild Reels in the Free Game
The Wild Reel Multiplier section shows the plain Wild and three versions marked x2, x3 and x5. In the Free Game, a Wild symbol that appears becomes a Wild Reel, and these Wild Reels can carry x2, x3 or x5 multipliers.
The multiplier only multiplies each payline win. If more than one Wild Multiplier appears on the same payline, all the multipliers are added together.
How to read the table
The four picture symbols are printed in pairs, each with values for 5, 4 and 3 symbols: a bearded pirate with an eye patch, a red-haired woman pirate, a sailor in a bandana and striped shirt, and a parrot. The letters A, K, Q and J follow in one row, also with 5, 4 and 3 values. The panel does not say what these numbers are based on, so the table below repeats them exactly as printed.
Other lines on the panel
The Gaming Terms section closes the panel with a single line: Malfunction voids all pays and plays. The help panel prints no rule for buying a feature or for an extra bet.
Booty's Bounty paytable
Values as printed on the help page for 5, 4 and 3 symbols; the page prints no basis for them. The Wild and the Scatter each show a value for 5 only.
