Lines that read from both ends
The 9 Lines (Both Ways) section draws each line as a small diagram on a grid of three rows and five columns. Line 1 runs along the middle row, line 2 along the top row and line 3 along the bottom row; lines 4 to 9 pass through more than one row.
The betting line wins if the winning symbols are in succession from the leftmost reel to the right, and also from the rightmost reel to the left. Only the highest win per bet line is paid.
Symbols and the main table
The panel opens with the Scatter, printed with a value for 5 only: 10.00. Next comes the Wild, a gold coin labelled WILD, which substitutes for all symbols except scatter and is printed with a value for 5 only: 60.00.
Eight paying symbols follow: a gold ingot, a red pouch, a jade pendant, a red knot, and the letters A, K, Q and J. Each is printed with values for 5, 4 and 3 symbols. The help page does not state what these values are based on, so the table below shows them exactly as printed.
The All of a Kind table
Below the main table sits the ALL OF A KIND section. Its rule is one sentence: the identical high symbol on the entire reel triggers a bonus payout. The values printed there are Wild x6,000, gold ingot x2,500, pouch x1,000, jade pendant x500, red knot x400, A x250, K x150, Q x100 and J x50.
The panel does not explain those x values further, so this guide adds nothing.
Free Game and Wild Reels
Three, four and five scatters appearing anywhere trigger 10, 20 and 30 free games respectively. During the free game, landing another 3, 4 and 5 scatters triggers an additional 10, 20 and 30 free games respectively.
The Wild Reel section says up to 5 Wild Reels will randomly appear, only in Free Game. Its example picture shows two columns filled with WILD coins. The panel closes with Gaming Terms: malfunction voids all pays and plays. It prints no rule for buying a feature or for an extra bet.
Bonsai Bonanza paytable
Values as printed on the help page for 5, 4 and 3 symbols; the help page does not state what the values are based on. The Scatter and the Wild are printed with a value for 5 only.
