Symbols and the paytable
The Paytable page shows ten paying symbols, each with three values for 5, 4 and 3 matching symbols. The girl with a flower in her hair is listed first at 40, 30 and 20, then the oyster at 20, 15 and 10. The raw fish on rice and the golden round piece on lettuce both print 15, 10 and 8, and the dumpling and A both print 10, 8 and 5. K and Q print 5, 3 and 2, and J and 10 print 3, 2 and 1.
The Game Rules page says a win in cash equals the Paytable value multiplied by the bet size and bet level. The values below are not RM amounts.
Ways, cascades and bet
The Game Rules page describes the game as 5 reels and 8 rows, played with 20 base bet for 64 ways - 32,768 ways, with bet level 1 to 10 and bet size 0.01 to 5.00, and the in-game currency is RM. Wins count when the winning symbols are in succession from the leftmost reel to the right. The ways for a symbol are the adjacent winning symbols on each reel multiplied together, and the symbol payout is multiplied by the number of ways. The page example is 2 x 2 x 2 x 1 = 8, so a payout of 30 gives 30 x 8 = 240.
After every payout the winning symbols explode and the symbols above cascade down for a new round, and further winning combinations are tallied until none remain.
Wild and the wind chime multiplier
The Wild symbol substitutes for all symbols except the Scatter and appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 only.
During any spin, some symbols with a wind chime, other than the Wild and the Scatter, that occupy 3 symbols' spaces may appear on reels 2, 3 and/or 4. After wins are paid, the first wind chime symbol involved in a win in the previous round activates the x2 multiplier, and every other subsequent one doubles the multiplier. The maximum multiplier is x1,024.
Free spins
3 Scatter symbols appearing anywhere trigger the Free Spins Feature with 10 free spins, and each additional Scatter triggers 2 more free spins. At the start of every free spin the multiplier is x8, and after wins are paid every wind chime symbol involved in a win in the previous round doubles it. Free spins can be retriggered.
Maximum win
The Game Rules page prints that the maximum win amount is 10,000x of the bet amount. If the total win in the main game or the Free Spins Feature reaches 10,000x of the bet amount, the spin ends.
