Reels, lines and the Event Reel
The help page describes a video slot with 5 reels, 3 rows and 25 paylines, and the line picture shows all 25. Bet line wins pay in succession from the leftmost reel to the right, and only the biggest payout is counted on each payline.
Above the reels sits the Event Reel. It carries two special symbols: a golden lion head marked SCATTER and a SWORD. In the pictures the strip runs along the top of the board, separate from the 5 x 3 grid.
Getting into the Free Game
Three consecutive scatters starting from the leftmost reel activate the Free Game. The number of scatters you gained in the main game sets the number of rounds:
- 3 scatters: 9 rounds
- 4 scatters: 11 rounds
- 5 scatters: 13 rounds
Swords and the growing multiplier
Inside the Free Game, swords add to the total win multiplier: the help page says you get one more multiplier for every sword you get. It does not print the multiplier the Free Game starts with. The scatter does not appear in the Free Game, and the help page describes no way to add rounds once it has started.
The help page also says, in its own words: when Sword symbol appears which is Wild will be expanded downward on the full reel. It does not explain further which wild is meant or on which reel, so we leave it as printed.
The wild and the top symbols
The judge portrait marked WILD substitutes for any symbols, and the help page says it appears on every reel possibly. In the paytable the wild has one value only: 20 for five of a kind at a bet of 1. The young man in red pays 10, 4 and 2 for five, four and three. The man in blue and the golden seal share 6, 3 and 1.4, and the black official hat and the court plaque share 4, 2 and 1. The card symbols run from A and K down to 10 and 9.
Before you open the court
The help page gives payouts for a bet of 1 and the in-game table follows your bet, so read it there before you play. Pick a budget for the session, keep the bet small while you learn the Event Reel and stop once the budget is used. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
