How the Special Reel works
The rightmost reel only matters when the reels to its left already show a winning combination. Then its symbol adds one of three kinds of bonus, according to the help page:
- 10x (TIMES TEN), 5x (TIMES FIVE) or 2x (DOUBLE): all payout this round is multiplied by that number
- $$+ WIN or $+ WIN: you win an extra payout according to your bet amount; the help page does not print the amounts
- RESPIN: you gain 1 to 5 respins, chosen at random, on the winning combination
Reading the paytable
The help page says you only win if 3 identical symbols appear from the left to the right, on the one payline across the middle row. The symbols are triple 7, double 7, single 7, double BAR and single BAR.
Below the five exact matches there are three 'Any' rows. Any mix of triple, double and single 7s pays 13.333; any mix of double and single BARs pays 3.333; and the bottom row, Any Symbols, pays 1.333. All figures are for a bet of 1, and the in-game table changes with the bet you pick.
The numbers carry three decimals, such as 333.333 and 66.667. They are printed that way on the help page, and we copy them exactly.
What the help page leaves out
The help page does not say how many respins in a row can follow, whether a respin can land a new Special Reel symbol, or how much the $+ and $$+ symbols pay. It also does not state the number of reels in words; the line picture shows a single middle line. We do not fill those gaps with guesses.
