What the sequel's rules pages change
Comparing the two sets of rules pages: here every reel can hold up to 8 symbols for a maximum of 262144 ways, the lion Wild can appear on all reels, the base-game Wild multiplier list runs up to 100x, there are eight free spins options instead of seven, and the win cap is 8,000x bet. A 9 joins the letter symbols at the bottom of the paytable.
The Wild replaces every symbol except the Scatter, the Super Scatter and the Level Up Coin. In base spins and tumbles, any win that uses the Wild is multiplied by a random value from this list: 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 8x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 30x, 40x or 100x.
Two Scatters, three kinds of round
Three or more Scatters of either type anywhere start free spins, and they also pay 3x, 5x, 25x or 100x base bet for three to six. Which round you get depends on the mix: only regular Scatters give the regular round; regular plus at least one Super Scatter give the Super round; only Super Scatters, at least three, give the Max round.
Eight options and the Level Up Coin
In the regular and Super rounds you first pick one of eight options, from 25 spins with 2x to 8x Wild multipliers down to 5 spins with 20x to 100x, plus a MYSTERY choice. The Super round adds 1 to 10 extra spins at random and may start straight from level 2.
During the round a gold Level Up Coin can land and fill a meter. Each set of 3 coins moves the round up a level (to 2, 3 and then 4), adds 3 spins and removes the lowest Wild multiplier left in your range. After level 4, every 3 coins still add 3 spins.
The Max round and the buy menu
The Max round has no options: it starts with 35 free spins and a 100x Wild multiplier, has no levels, and every 3 coins add 3 spins. Three buy prices are printed: 100x base bet for the regular round, 150x for the Super round and 500x for a random regular, Super or Max round. The Ante Bet offers 20x for normal play or 50x, which switches buying off.
A budget for three rounds
With three rounds and three prices there is a lot to keep track of, so decide your budget before the first spin and stick to it. Small bets help you learn the coin meter, and the paytable is worth reading at your own bet. None of the buy options or the Ante Bet are needed to play.
