Six reels that change size
The rules page says each of the six reels can hold up to 7 symbols, which gives a maximum of 117649 ways to win. Wins of any size count on adjacent reels from left to right, starting with the leftmost reel, and wins on several ways are added together.
The top symbol is a red dragon head; six of them show RM50.00 at a total bet of RM2.00. A golden phoenix, a golden toad, a koi fish on waves and a turtle with a purple shell follow, then the letters A, K, Q, J and 10.
Tumbles and the lion Wild
Every spin tumbles: winning symbols are paid and vanish, the rest fall and new ones drop in from above until no new win appears. Wins reach your balance after the last tumble.
The Wild is a gold lion head that lands only on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 and replaces every symbol except the BONUS. When a Wild is part of a win in the base game or a tumble, all wins using it get a random multiplier: 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 8x, 10x, 15x, 30x and 40x.
The BONUS symbol
The BONUS is a gold yin-yang medallion that can appear on all reels and does not explode during tumbles. Three or more anywhere start the free spins round, and the BONUS also pays by itself: 3x base bet for three, 5x for four, 25x for five and 100x for six, as the page prints them.
Seven free spins options
Before the round you choose one lion. Each option fixes the number of free spins and the Wild multiplier range, as in the table below. The MYSTERY lion takes both from the other options.
In the round, every Wild in a win gets a random multiplier from that range, and three or more BONUS symbols add the same number of spins as your option. Special reels are in play.
Ante Bet, buying and limits
The Ante Bet section lists two bet multipliers: 20x is normal play, and with 25x the page says more BONUS symbols are on the reels while the symbol paytable stays the same as at 20x. With 25x switched on, the buy option is disabled. Otherwise the round, with its options, can be bought for 100x the current base bet. The maximum win is limited to 5,000x bet, and the bet range runs from RM0.20 to RM600.00.
Choosing a lion calmly
The rules page does not rank the seven options, so treat the choice as a matter of style. Set a budget first, start small while you learn how the reels resize, and check the paytable at your own bet. Buying and the Ante Bet are optional.
5 Lions Megaways paytable
