Layout and ways to win
Bet ways win if the winning symbols are in succession from the leftmost reel to the right. The number of ways for a symbol is found by multiplying the adjacent winning symbols on each reel, and the symbol payout is multiplied by that number. The page example is 1 x 3 x 2 = 6, so a payout of 30 gives 30 x 6 = 180. After every payout the winning symbols explode and the symbols above cascade down for a new round, and further winning combinations are tallied until none remain.
Some symbols (excluding Wild and Scatter) in reels 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 may occupy 2 to 4 symbols' spaces, and each counts as a single symbol in payout calculations.
Symbols and the paytable
The golden toad on a pile of coins is the top line at 80, 50, 40 and 30 for 6, 5, 4 and 3 matching symbols, then the golden sailing ship at 50, 30, 25 and 20 and the teal pot filled with gold coins at 40, 30, 25 and 10.
The rules page says a cash win is the Paytable value multiplied by the bet size and bet level, so these are not RM amounts.
Wilds-on-the-Way
During any spin, some symbols (excluding Wild and Scatter) in reels 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 that occupy 2 to 4 symbols' spaces may have a silver frame.
At every new round after the new symbols have cascaded down, a silver-framed symbol that took part in a win in the previous round turns into a randomly selected symbol, other than Wild or Scatter, with a gold frame. A gold-framed symbol that took part in a win in the previous round turns into 2 to 4 Wild symbols, depending on how many symbol spaces it occupies.
Free spins
4 or more Scatter symbols appearing anywhere trigger the Free Spins Feature. Before it starts, each Scatter on the reels reveals either +1 spin, +2 spins, +3 spins or x1. Starting with 5 free spins, +1, +2 and +3 add to the number of free spins. At the end of every free spin, 1 free spin is awarded for each +1 Spin symbol on the reels (if any).
Multiplier in free spins
The win multiplier is x1 at the start of the feature. Starting with a multiplier increment value of x1, each x1 revealed increases that value by 1. During any free spin, if there are winning symbols, after wins are paid and the new symbols have cascaded down, the win multiplier goes up by the increment value.
Ways of the Qilin paytable
Values printed on the Paytable page for 6 / 5 / 4 / 3 matching symbols; the rules page says a win is these values multiplied by the bet, and they are not RM amounts.
